Fulton's collections always have a bright lights meets big city vibe. This time around she incorporates pin up darlings into conversational prints along with bold geometric shapes, stripes and stylized roses for a powerful visual effect.

Fall 11 Trend | Mirrored Opulence

Matthew Williamson, Holly Fulton, Pucci, Etro
A good number of frocks on the fall runways feature opulent, swirly designs in a mirrored repeat that splits the body in symmetrical half. Holly Fulton's prints had some 20's influences, Etro seemed to have a Medieval tapestry look, and Pucci's was more Baroque-inspired. Matthew Williamson featured his usual kaleidoscope prints, and then some floral embellishments as seen above that seem to have a folk-art influence.

Fall 10: Holly Fulton
